eSale.com Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

eSale.com is operated by Unique USA, Inc. ("we", "us"). These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase on eSale.com, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a rug is no longer in stock or a price is wrong, and if we do we refund what you paid.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We do not show "was" or "compare at" prices. If a rug is listed at a wrong price, we will tell you before it ships and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment

You pay when you place your order, with a payment method offered at checkout. You confirm that you are allowed to use it.

5. The rugs

Every rug is new, unused overstock. Each listing says how the rug is made. We show each one laid flat with its size. Sizes are approximate, and colours look different on different screens.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address you give us and email you the tracking number. Delivery dates are estimates. The risk of loss passes to you when the rug is delivered.

7. All sales are final

Rugs bought on eSale.com cannot be returned or exchanged. If a rug arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. That is your remedy for a damaged or wrong item. Final sale policy.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Payment disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank: we can usually settle a problem faster than a dispute can.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Disputes

Any dispute about a purchase is resolved as set out in the Terms and Conditions, including their binding arbitration and class action waiver. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
