Final sale policy

Every sale on eSale.com is final. These are new overstock rugs at overstock prices. Skipping returns is part of how we keep those prices low, so we cannot take rugs back.

Damaged or not what you ordered

If your rug arrives damaged, or it is not the rug you ordered, we will make it right. Within 7 days of delivery, send us your order number and a photo of the rug, and we will replace it or refund it.

Send the photo through our contact page, or ask us to call you back .

What final sale means

We cannot take a rug back because you changed your mind, or because the colour or the size is not right for your room. Please check the size and the photos before you order: every listing shows the rug laid flat, with its size.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every rug. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
