Why are the rugs so cheap?

They are overstock: brand-new rugs we have more of than we need. Most cost 40% or more less than the same rug at other online stores, and some up to 55% less, because we would rather sell them to you than keep paying to store them.

Are they new?

Yes. Every rug is new and unused. Most are machine made, and some are hand braided, woven, tufted or knotted: each listing says which.

Will the price go down if I wait?

There are no coupons and no sales here: every rug is already at its overstock price. When a rug is gone, it is gone.

How much is shipping?

Nothing: shipping is free on every rug. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

When will my rug arrive?

We email you the tracking number as soon as your rug ships. You can also check on it any time with your order number on the order status page.

Can I return a rug?

No. Every sale is final, which is part of why the prices are this low. If your rug arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Read the final sale policy.

How do I know the size and colour are right?

Every listing shows the rug laid flat and gives its exact size. Measure your space before you order, and look at the flat photo for the colour.
